At Sanjeevini Nutrition, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine Herbalife products directly from the company. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a transparent return and refund process for your peace of mind. No Refunds, Returns or Cancellation of orders made unless on specific conditions as stated below.


1. Return Policy

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 to 15 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Returns will be accepted only if:
    • The product is defective or damaged on arrival
    • An incorrect item was delivered
    • A valid reason for return is provided (subject to approval)

📌 Important Condition for Damaged/Defective Returns

  • Any claim for damage during transit will be entertained only if the customer provides an unedited video recording with a visible timestamp of the package being opened at the time of delivery.
  • Without such proof, no return, refund, or cancellation request will be processed for transit-related damages.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7 to 15 business days after approval, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.

3. Important Notes

  • Returned products must be unopened, unexpired, untampered, and unused to qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share their bank account details for processing the refund.
