1. Return Policy
- Products are eligible for return within 7 to 15 business days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, untampered, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
- Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is defective or damaged on arrival
- An incorrect item was delivered
- You request a return for valid reasons (subject to approval)

2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- The refund amount will be credited within 7 to 15 business days after return approval, subject to payment gateway or bank processing times.
3. Important Notes
- Returned products must be unopened, unexpired, not tampered, and unused to qualify for a refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will go back to the original source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to share their bank account details for the refund.
